Caulk, Putty & Paint operates out of Monroe, OH. Decades of in-home experience and a lifetime in the greater Cincinnati area led to the creation of this idea and company. The aim is to combine the best elements of insurance and remodeling at the lowest cost possible. By doing that, we hope to provide sustainable, holistic, and rewarding employment for people who enjoy taking care.

When and Why can I change my insurance producer?

Anytime it is a personal policy, you are very likely able to change producers whenever you would like, for whatever reason. Things get a little more complicated when dealing with business lines. If you’re thinking about switching to Caulk, Putty & Paint, we’re here to lend a hand.

How do I get involved in the initial investment?

The number of policyholders is unlimited, but Investors are capped at 360. It involves a monthly commitment of $62.50 in addition to insurance premiums — as well as a $3,000 initial investment. Benefits include profit sharing, annual HVAC maintenance, as well as an annual half day of labor with a generous parts allowance. After certain goals are met, the monthly installment is no long necessary.

It’s an exciting opportunity to get in on the ground floor of an idea that is poised to make some noise in the industry. If you’re interested in learning more, we’d love to meet with you in person.
